On Wednesday, we had club volleyball practice. We worked a lot of hitting and also did new drills. My favorite new drill is playing 4 on 4. I really like having practice because it lets all of us work on new plays and strengthen us for a future tournament.

We was supposed to have a tournament on Saturday but the weather is going to be so bad. Me and along with the rest of my teammates, are really disappointed. We really wanted to play this weekend. We enjoy the sport very much, that’s why we want to play it all the time! I think the younger teams in Club might not get to play either. Our tournament was supposed to be in Jonesboro.

Today and on Thursday, we helped our High School volleyball coach with her junior high practice, a little. We served to the 8th here team, because they neeeded competition. I like challenging other volleyball players to make them better! They play really good together, just like us!

The game has its ups and downs, but you can’t lose focus of your individual goals and you can’t let yourself be beat because of lack of effort.
